CARME: CAR-MM Modelling in Stan

'Stan' based functions to estimate CAR-MM models. These models allow to estimate Generalised Linear Models with CAR (conditional autoregressive) spatial random effects for spatially and temporally misaligned data, provided a suitable Multiple Membership matrix.
